DHI Mortgage has been a pleasure to work with! I've purchased two houses with them and used their financing program both times. Easy to reach and do a thorough job on the financing. They answered all my questions and made the process very smooth. I will be using them for my next home purchase!
If you want to be scammed, talk to these people. I've been getting called twice a day for a few weeks now. Time after time, I tell them I won't do business with them and cuss them out. I block the number and then they call me again with a different number.
Jesse and Carol with DHI Mortgage were my Mortgage Loan Officer & Processor team. They both single-handedly, honestly elevate the brand value of DHI. Jesse was always easy to talk to on the phone.
