Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with DHI Title. This was honestly one of the worst home-buying experiences I’ve ever had — and by far the worst among anyone I know. Loan Officer Victoria was completely unprofessional: she rarely answered calls, sent very casual and poorly written emails, and kept requesting unnecessary documents from my employer, even contacting my boss directly in an unprofessional manner. Terrible service all the way around from this title company. Probably one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with being a Realtor. From the start the communication was horrible - leading up to closing and the day of, and after are no different. They also charged me a fee because my bank rejected my commission check because they wired incorrectly. I’d give 0 stars if I could on this one.
50 mins wait for a cash buyer. Although customer service people r great. Their closing site needs an overhauling and communication can be better.
Mi experiencia con esta DHI Title ha sido pésima. La persona que nos atendió fue Victoria. Nosotros vivimos en Florida y compramos una casa en Texas para un nuevo comienzo. Cuando se hace una compra a larga distancia hay que tener muchas cosas en cuenta al mismo tiempo para que todo marche bien.
