Rude. Unprofessional. Not accommodating.
Horrible customer service. The people that work here are very incompetent and have zero customer service. Their loan officer wasn’t helpful through the process, I had to call various times to figure out what documents they needed. The escrow officer gave me false information about the closing which caused my family more expenses since we were moving out of state. During the closing, the assigned notary, Stephanie, was very rude and gave false information about receiving the keys to the house. Overall, everyone that I encount... read more
