Mikey or how ever you spell the name, was absolutely horrible. Was not welcoming one bit and kept making jokes with my husband and complimented how beautiful his hair was. I didn’t mind that , but when I asked a question she would answer me so hostile like. Super disappointed in this. Always a good day when you’re at DHI Title!!!
On 8/9 at 2:20pm, the receptionist at (5419 N Loop 1604 E Ste 200, San Antonio, TX 78247), didn't have a welcoming face. When I said "bye, have a nice day", she was just staring, mouth shut, let alone hearing a "Congratulations" wish. This is rude. I felt very uncomfortable with all others having been nice. She was the same when I visited the Title office at my first home purchase a couple of months ago. DHI Title does not reserve this, neither do I.
