This is the second time that we used this title company. They are very professional and the employees go out of their way to everything that you want.
Bad customer service, sales girl Jessica was in a bad mood long before I approached the counter, no a people person. I brought 2 AC recharges to the counter,, she rung up the wrong one, or maybe she didn't heard right, I told her I wanted the other one, the less complicated one, she made a gesture and the words "OOOH GOD" came out her mouth, if my mistake... she's supposed to say DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT, l WILL GET YOU THE ONE YOU LIKE, If her mistake...she's supposed to say "I'M SORRY I'LL FIX THIS RIGHT AWAY"and not engage in... read more
