Easy process. Rich was great to work with. He contacted our insurance to point out items that insurance had missed. Resulting in a 2nd payment. Crew on day of job were great. They covered landscape. Very efficient. Cleaned up to the point my neighbors commented on how great the clean up went. We are very pleased. Great communication and easy to get a hold of Rich.

I did not buy any product or services from them yet. But they did intrupt me and my family at our house despite a clear "NO SOLICITING" sign installed on the property. Their staff (the sale manager attached photo in particular) need training to avoid law suits.

Matt came and checked my roof and saw the damage. He helped me to file a claim with my insurance company. The communication was really good through the whole process. My new roof is on and I am very happy with it. Matt and Rich are a very good team. I recommend either one to get your job taken care. We are now working on the siding and I am sure that will go really good as well.

Just got a complete new roof from DHI. Very pleased. Outstanding workmanship and professionalism. Rich Johnston was our salesperson and project manager. Rich was excellent.
