DO NOT WORK WITH Tom Spitale. I cannot express enough how terrible our experience was with this lender and their team. From start to finish, the process was a complete disaster. The lender and processor were extremely inexperienced, moved at a snail's pace, and displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Our buyers were beyond qualified, with a $200K down payment, yet the lender showed no care or urgency. Nicholas Matko and John Heroff went above and beyond their jobs to help us get the lowest interest rate possible and giving us tremendous discounts on our new house. They both went out of their way to make the lowest house payment possible so we could enjoy our new home. Our loan originator was Diane and she was incredible to work with! When we first applied we knew it was a long shot and might not happen. When Diane called us to let us know, she was incredibly kind and emphatic but refused to give up. She asked for more information and told us she should let us know in 24 hours.
