I bought DR Horton home in Rockledge Florida. I was approved for home loan by DR Horton mortgage company DHI mortgage. Inspite of being employed and with excellent credit rating, loan approval process was drastically painful and took two months. I had to submit god knows how many documents in support of my loan application. My loan officer is apparently more busy than the Governor of Florida.
