The service this morning was second to none. When I got there I was stressed to the max , (I struggled to find this location) But after entering , the agent must have sensed my stress , for she did everything except stand on her head to help me . I am truly grateful .. thanks, ladies
Normally this place can be hard to deal with as the people who make decisions on your case can be very strict and unforgiving, but every once in a blue moon you will encounter an employee who cares. They use certain "powers" to look at info and make decisions, sometimes they use those powers to actually help you, where others would use anything to deny benefits. Absolutely useless talking to anyone over the phone. Just constant "I don't knows". Then why are you even working there? Would probably be beneficial to have people that do know. People that can actually help you and answer your questions.
