God has a place for those that live to make others miserable because they are miserable.
I went in here asking for case management forms and the lady I talked to said she doesn't understand what I said so they didnt really help me out or understood anything I said so ridiculous.
The service this morning was second to none. When I got there I was stressed to the max , (I struggled to find this location) But after entering , the agent must have sensed my stress , for she did everything except stand on her head to help me . I am truly grateful .. thanks, ladies
