This department stole 800+ dollars from me. A computer error they acknowledged debited extra money from me even though I was in good standing on my child support order. They are now telling me this is not their problem. Maine DHHS now owes me 800 dollars and are telling me to get screwed.
called for information about dhhs and the first caller was a female, didn’t no state her name in anyway, was rude the second i started speaking. i stated what was wrong and before finishing she cut me off and transferred me. i called back bc i was on the correct line and the coworker was lovely and transferred me to a higher up and i let him know his workers are disgusting and unprofessional. you guys work for the state, and help families in need. you’d THINK you’d be more of a happy person. we all get stressed at work yes, ... read more
