This clinic is a joke and one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I went in for Botox and while the service itself was average, the injector was cold, unfriendly, and showed zero warmth or care. When you’re dealing with injectables, you expect professionalism and compassion, neither of which I experienced here. But the real issue is how this place runs its business. I recently visited DHH Med Spa and saw the injector. While the service itself was okay, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The injector did not come across as very gentle or welcoming, and I didn’t feel much warmth or personal connection during my appointment. I had expected a more personable and comforting approach, especially for something as sensitive as injectables.
