This delivery service is absolutlely incompetent and unprofessional. After delaying my delivery and then rescheduling a delivery window, they completely no showed. When I called to inquire, they were rude and short and said their is nothing they can do for me. They seemed flustered and disorganized. I will be reporting them to the company I purchased from and will avoid using them all together in the future.

Staff is very rude.You can't park truck trailer inside for five minutes while checkin.

Terrible service. They were 90 minutes late and didn’t ring the bell, opting to leave the package (glass doors that they stepped on and ruined) on the sidewalk. Home Depot gave me a refund but I can’t reorder with them because I’m worried they’ll make me use this company again and there’s no way.

I had a very disappointing experience at this company while coming in to pick up a load. The staff behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner from the start. Communication was poor, and instead of being helpful, they were aggressive and dismissive. The old guy is not willing to work here. There are four five drivers who are waiting for trailer to load. But the guy is getting anger instead of helping them

I am an Amazon driver, and I came here to pick up a load. However, there is an elderly man here who is absolutely crazy and acts incredibly arrogant. If I spoke good English, I would have shown him exactly how one is supposed to talk. He needs to learn how to communicate properly before he attempts to do any work; as he has aged, he seems to have lost all sense—both in his mind and in his speech.
