I had a very disappointing experience at this company while coming in to pick up a load. The staff behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner from the start. Communication was poor, and instead of being helpful, they were aggressive and dismissive. The old guy is not willing to work here. There are four five drivers who are waiting for trailer to load. But the guy is getting anger instead of helping them
I am an Amazon driver, and I came here to pick up a load. However, there is an elderly man here who is absolutely crazy and acts incredibly arrogant. If I spoke good English, I would have shown him exactly how one is supposed to talk. He needs to learn how to communicate properly before he attempts to do any work; as he has aged, he seems to have lost all sense—both in his mind and in his speech.
This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever encountered. They have a trailer pre loaded trailer ready , yet they still refuse to release it. My check-in time was 7:37, but the guy is still telling me to come back after 8:30. Why the hell should I come back when my trailer is already ready its really bad service seriously
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering anything online And dealing with a shipping company. This company in specific is the worst of the worst. Good luck trying to get a hold of anybody. I called their corporate office and their local office numerous times every single day for a week straight trying to figure out when my product was going to be delivered.
