This business is a rip off, bate and switch The above firm out of Rancho Cordova,Ca. sold me a tool package offering a free power tool to be shipped after the sale. THEIR salesman took my info for the free power tool, a router, and turned it in. DHC says I was to mail in for the free tool BUT THEIR PAID EMPLOYEE said he would take care of it for me. He says he turned it in to DHC. They just kept the tool, evidently. The salesman no longer works for them and tried on many occasions to get them to honor their sale to no avail.... read more
