I've been with DHC services for over 15 years and out the blue recieved a letter saying they have cancelled my contract due to arrears, it is paid by direct debit for the amount requested. I've never received a statement or anything suggesting more was owed. The letter doesn't state how much arrears either. This company used to be great but haven't even bothered contacting us for the included yearly service since pre covid. Very unprofessional. Guy turns up and tries to tell me a boiler that is still for sale is unrepairable because it's too old and cannot get parts even though I had a flow sensor replaced 6 months ago. They obviously are lazy gits and don't want any work. Go elsewhereand save yourself some hassle.
Guy came out today very rude and obnoxious ill take my business elsewhere only tried here as wanted to support local businesses
