I just want to say Darcy goes above and beyond for his community, hard and kind working!!
Leaving a positive review because I don’t think a service provider should have his Google rating lowered (perhaps by a competitor?) because he drove above the speed limit.
Arrived at our place in lower Gibsons only to discover our hotwater heater has been leaking for a few days covering the basement with 1" of hot water. Panicked and unsure of how to proceed, we reached out to Darcy and his team. Darcy prioritized our job over others because we were leaking HOT water. He and his team came the next day and within 2 hrs fixed the leak, helped me clean up and left our place in better shape then when they arrived. My wife and I are truly grateful Darcy!!!!
Darcy came quickly to fix our broken outdoor faucet. We were very content with his prompt and effective services. We definitely can recommend him!
Over the past few years, we have had Darcy come out to trouble shoot our furnace, hot water tank and plumbing in the kitchen. He has not only come out quickly to assess the problem, he repaired the issues and saved us money! It is nice to find a company who are honest and have integrity!
