Initially gave a great review before renting due to a contest the company was running, now updating after living in a DHB rental. The DHB staff is very nice and offers competitive pricing for larger homes in the Rochester area, which is exactly what my group was looking for. The unit we rented was updated and pretty nice, but did require some maintenance that got lost in the shuffle. What I love about DHB Development is nice rental places with reasonable rent amounts. However, DO NOT EVER TRUST the landlord when they give you the tour to some places that you consider. Based on my personal experience, I had been under DHB development two times, first one was almost two years as I used to live with my brother. The last one was very short like few months because they sold the property that my roommate and I applied for and got approved to live in.
