I recently had an appointment with Dr. Dhawan, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Dr. Dhawan took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a clear and compassionate way, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the visit. She is a little strict when it comes to getting blood work done on time but besides that she is great!
Creepy office. They don’t care about patients than money. I asked for appointment and they gave it after two months and when I am running out of prescriptions they denied to send refills to pharmacy and asked to wait till Doctor visit. Who in this world will do that ?
I thought the Dr and staff were very professional. I agree the staff up front could use some work, but overall I’m happy
Love Dr.Dhawan....She is funny and very knowledgeable. She has my diabetes under control. Update: sadly I have to change this review. Dr.Dhawan is great but they shut down my online app access because I moved to Virginia. I explained that our company is still in TX as I am just working remote and they have requested telappointments anyway so I could get bloodwork done and send them results...but alas my account was moved to inactive and now I am stuck without my records, UVA will not see me without a referral and I can't rea... read more
This practice will nickel and dime you!! The doctor put me on Monjaro which needed a pre authorization. I talked to my insurance company and they said that they cover it and that the doctor just needs to fill out the pre authorization. I call the doctors office to have DR Dawans fill out the pre authorization, the proceed to tell me that it’s a $20 charge to have the doctor fill out the pre authorization because it’s extra work for the doctor.
