SCAM! After I had my extensions done at D'haute Beauty Bar, the hair that was used did not match my hair. The haircut blend with my extensions was not a good cut. I noticed while I was in Ramona Laing's (Delly) hair salon that she had no license posted in her room. After I got home, I decided to search the State Board of Cosmetology website and found that this person was not licensed, nor was her salon licensed.
