Very lovely service, the staff is so nice and helpful. Dr. Maddala is one of the sweetest doctors I’ve had an encounter with and would definitely recommend to all other family members in search of a GI doctor

I haven't even made it to my appointment and I am already HIGHLY SATISFIED with the service I have received specifically from Julie. I am a new patient and its near the end of year so I did not expect to get in as fast as I have and its because of Julie working her hardest to accommodate me. Great start to a new Doctors office, cant wait to meet the rest of the staff:)

I would not recommend Dr. Maddala, as I was given an appointment time (via video) and left in the dark when the doctor never called. The appointment time was correctly visible on the portal, so I waited for over two hours before sending an email and deciding the doctor would never call. The receptionists seemed unaware, disorganized, and confused during the whole process (was contacted twice to make the same appointment by different people, and told via email after the doctor’s no-show that they were unaware). Was literally hung up on after 5 minutes into a phone call when I asked for her to let me gather my insurance information. I called back several times only to be given to the answering service. Horrible office staff!

I’ve been living in TX for 11 years. Dr Maddala is the 1st and only Dr to spend a great amount of time with me. She understood all my issues and gave me answers I never heard from the 2 prior gastroenterologists I have seen in the past. She is an extremely informative, patient and pleasant person. Highly recommended! Dr Maddala is amazing. She is just simply great at what she does . Her staff is warm and super nice .
