This review is the office, the medical group, and for Dr. Patel. In December 2024, I asked for the first available appointment to become a new patient with any doctor in the Northwestern Medical System I was assured the very first appointment I could get was with this doctor and all the way in late September 2025. 10 months to Become a new patient is ridiculous!
