Visited Dr. Patel for a medical exam - same-day appointment despite my travel plans. Fair fees, clear explanations, and helpful pharmacy referral. Highly recommend for efficiency and care.
Started out great at first but then I heard one of the doctors talking down her patients to her staff behind the main desk and it was sad to hear how she really feels about the people she is supposed to care for. Also i asked for some water and they gave me water to drink out of a urine sample cup. I feel bad for the girls working behind the desk that’s what they’re being taught is OK.
I brought my wife to this office, and they refused to see her. The reason given was that she had a mild fever and sore throat, which they said might be due to an infection and could be contagious to others. If they indeed (hard to believe though) do not treat patients with potentially contagious conditions (e.g., COVID-19, Epstein-Barr virus), they should have informed me when I made the appointment two days ago (I explained the symptoms to them during the call).
