RecommendedThis is an amazing discovery ..a real monastery just one block from my apartment ! I cant wait to go to one of there weekly mediation sessions in person but for now they have live videos and reruns on there facebook page, i met the monk in person when he came into my pharmacy last week , wonderful person ...i highly recommend this mediation to relax during or after a long day of covid 19 stress!! 🧘🧘🏻♂️
