Been about 3 years or so since I’ve been to a salon. I had scheduled an appointment for just a cut. When I first walked in I was greeted by my stylist ANGIE who was very excited to do my hair. I was super nervous because of my past experience at a different salon. Before ANGIE started to cut my hair I was already feeling more relax and comfortable with her. Nina was my stylist. She was super kind and she really did everything she could to help my mom and I with hairstyles that suited us the best. We came in pretty late, but she still helped us! So glad we came here :)
We had awful service. We showed the owner a picture of the hair my daughter wanted it came out nothing like the hair we wanted. I took her back and she got her hair done again for free. The 3rd picture is an example of what my daughter wanted the first picture is what she got. We took her back the second time to get it done the way she wanted it. That is the second picture.
