Does anyone stick to their hippocratic oath anymore or is it all dollar signs behind those tilted smiles!? I received zero help from this doctor. (Patel). He spent no more than 5 minutes with me and I requested that I put in a quick call to my insurance company to find out if I would have to pay "an arm and a leg" for X-rays. He said that he had other patients waiting and could not extend the 5 minutes he spent with me for maybe another 5 or 10 minutes. Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor n surgeon. I believe he truly cares for his patients n how they're progressing. I had arthrodesis surgery which usually takes a year to heal; I healed n 5-6 months. Not only do I appreciate Dr. Patel, but also his whole staff. Thanks so much for everything y'all did to ease me through this process. 🌞🌞

This must be a trend for this office. I had a 10 oclock appointment this morning. I arrived early just in case I needed to complete some paper work. After sitting in the parking lot wait for my appointment, I received a call informing me that my appointment was canceled. This was my very first time seeing this doctor and I drive 45 mins to get to him. To receive that call after I confirmed my appointment via text three times was a really big turn off. I will not be back.
