Sadly, my experience with DH2 was sub-par. We had contracted a luxury corporate style minivan and had exchanged photos with the sales manager to make sure we know what we sign up for, but the day of the event, we got a dirty sub-leased airport shuttle van that was nothing close to what we agreed and paid for. This also happened for the return transfer - not once, but twice - and money was promised to be refunded. Two months later, I am still waiting for it. Also, dispatch was hard to reach. Cannot recommend!

We hired them for our wedding transport to get 80 people from UES to Brooklyn. They were great to work with - responsive, on time, and affordable. It was a great decision to get a motor coach + mini bus for guests rather than making them take subway or get Ubers on their own. Highly recommend!

Had such a great experience with DH2! We contracted them for round trip pick up/drop off, for small groups touring a site. Our driver, Ryo, was professional, courteous and punctual. Our contact and the dispatcher checked in before the event date and made sure we were all set. Then the day of the event; we requested an earlier start time, and thankfully, they were able to accommodate. DH2 is the only transportation service I use! Their drivers are prompt, friendly, professional and courteous. The dispatch staff are the most helpful of any company I have dealt with. Price is right too.
