Giedrius and his crew replaced our roof and the whole experience was about as painless as a roof replacement can be. The estimate was detailed, the price held, and they got us scheduled within a reasonable window. Install took two days, the work is clean, and they took care to protect the landscaping along the side of the house. New roof has been through a few good storms with no issues. Glad we picked them out of the bids we got.
Our roof was pushing 25 years and you could tell in spots- some curling, few granules washing into the gutters. We figured better to deal with it now than scramble after a leak. Reached out to a few companies for quotes and Giedrius Roofing was one of them. Noticed a dark spot on the ceiling in the spare bedroom that kept getting worse after every rain. Went up in the attic and could see daylight coming thru in one spot near the ridge. Called Giedrius Roofing and they came out next day. Turns out the shingles around the ridge vent had deteriorated and water was getting in underneath. They replaced that whole section and put new flashing around the vent. No more water and the ceiling dried out fine.
Giedrius Roofing tore off our old roof and put on a new one. The old shingles were in bad shape - missing in a few places and one section near a dormer was actually sagging a little. All of that is gone now. The new shingles look even across the whole thing and the areas around our skylights are properly sealed, which was a concern I had going in because that's where we'd had some moisture issues before. giedrius did our roof replacement and it went well. crew was efficient and didnt waste time standing around. the old shingles were stripped and hauled away same day and new ones went on the next. everything looks clean and even, no messy edges or loose pieces. pricing was in line with what they quoted so no awkward conversation at the end. the yard was in decent shape after too considering how much material came off
