First time dealing with Giedrius was when he came out to quote our roof replacement. He was on time, walked the whole roof, and pointed out things that I had not noticed from the ground, like some lifted shingles near the chimney and a vent boot that was cracked. Giedrius and his crew replaced our roof and the whole experience was about as painless as a roof replacement can be. The estimate was detailed, the price held, and they got us scheduled within a reasonable window. Install took two days, the work is clean, and they took care to protect the landscaping along the side of the house. New roof has been through a few good storms with no issues. Glad we picked them out of the bids we got.

Noticed a dark spot on the ceiling in the spare bedroom that kept getting worse after every rain. Went up in the attic and could see daylight coming thru in one spot near the ridge. Called Giedrius Roofing and they came out next day. Turns out the shingles around the ridge vent had deteriorated and water was getting in underneath. They replaced that whole section and put new flashing around the vent. No more water and the ceiling dried out fine.
