giedrius did our roof last month and it went well. got a couple quotes and theirs was honest for the scope. the crew came out to a job in Clarendon Hills nearby the week before so i had heard good things already. they worked fast, two days and it was done. kept the yard clean, no nails left around. no complaints from the roof either, its taken the rain since without issue! no complaints from me at all

Giedrius laid a new roof over our house and it came out just how we wanted. We went with a deeper shingle tone and it changed the whole look of the place, way better than the faded thing we had before. They redid the ridge vents and the metalwork around the chimney, which was always the spot that liked to leak on us. It's rained a good bit since and the attic finally stays dry. The roof looks straight and even and the price came in where they quoted. No complaints at all with how it turned out.

Giedrius's team did a full roof replacement for us last fall. The work included tearing off two layers of old shingles, replacing some plywood that had soft spots near the back valley, installing new ice and water shield along the eaves, new underlayment across the whole deck, and architectural shingles in a darker color we picked from their samples. First time dealing with Giedrius was when he came out to quote our roof replacement. He was on time, walked the whole roof, and pointed out things that I had not noticed from the ground, like some lifted shingles near the chimney and a vent boot that was cracked. He took the time to explain what shingle options he uses and why, without pushing the most expensive one. The estimate came over by email the next day and the numbers matched what we talked about.
