Wonderful customer service. After trying to get a diagnosis for a maglock door not locking and playing phone tag, and being passed around for 3 days. I called DH Pace this morning for a maglock repair. The gentlemen (Aaron, Kenny, and Matt) were here by early afternoon diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 2 hrs. The entire process was great from the scheduler to the gentlemen that fixed it. Thank you!

Called in Saturday for a storefront door repair. I’m located in Waco and opened my conversation with that information and my address. The lady who answered the phone explained it would be a $480 minimum for them to show up Saturday. I asked what the price would be for Monday, which she explained would cost $39 + the first hour ($160). I agreed and we scheduled the appointment.
