Called in Saturday for a storefront door repair. I’m located in Waco and opened my conversation with that information and my address. The lady who answered the phone explained it would be a $480 minimum for them to show up Saturday. I asked what the price would be for Monday, which she explained would cost $39 + the first hour ($160). I agreed and we scheduled the appointment. We're a 10+ year business in Plano, and this is the worst experience for repair we've ever had. Called them to repair a door stopper, not even a door replacement. Stopper wasn't even replaced, just the screws on them. Labor fee 800$ for 30 minutes. Never use them unless you're willing to pay nearly a thousand for a few screws. Edit: Tim took good care of us, and will change the 1 star only because of him.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would. Buyer beware. This company is very unprofessional and very unorganized. I was coordinating a project and had to pay for three trip charges for the other party as the installers no showed on the first installation date, then didn't have the glass for the doors on the 2nd installation date, and didn't have the frames fabricated for the third date. If i had not already paid a deposit I would not have moved forward with their work. Go elsewhere where you time, money, and business is valued. ... read more
