If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Paid 150 for an application fee for a house to be told 5 adults can't live in a 3 bedroom house. So they had a 4 bedroom house listed. So I told them I wanted that house then. Talked to Kayla and she said we were approved and went over everything with me on what we had to put down and the whole 9 yards. Just had to wait because there was a leak or something in the basement and they were having it looked at and repaired. Now to just be told someone else put a deposit down... read more
Still waiting on my court approved judgement against them. I will be at the court house on Monday to file again. They are very unprofessional. I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with them ever again.
Like the other comments state this company is a scam and they only take your money.. never show the properties or call you back. I will be making a police report. It sucks they are taking advantage of innocent people.
Been renting from this company for a little over a year Kayla always go above and beyond
I paid over $100 to apply for a property just so I could VIEW it. After going rounds with them after a week (their approval process is supposed to be 48 hrs) I had to keep calling because they can’t seem to give me a concrete answer about approval, won’t accept my income even though it very clearly shows that I have thousands in my account and pay my bills on time.
