Like the other comments state this company is a scam and they only take your money.. never show the properties or call you back. I will be making a police report. It sucks they are taking advantage of innocent people.
Been renting from this company for a little over a year Kayla always go above and beyond
I paid over $100 to apply for a property just so I could VIEW it. After going rounds with them after a week (their approval process is supposed to be 48 hrs) I had to keep calling because they can’t seem to give me a concrete answer about approval, won’t accept my income even though it very clearly shows that I have thousands in my account and pay my bills on time. Absolute piss poor business practice. We dealt with this company over a month and half after our deadline to move out. The office staff always gave us the run around for appointments and excuses were plenty for Khristina. When we actually went for a tour she was always late and at the spur of the moment decided to show other properties no matter your time constraints. We showed up to one property and there was a bed in one of the rooms, a dirty clothes basket in the front room, and trash everywhere. Most of the properties we... read more
