I'm very upset that my clinician chose not to see me anymore just because I called off several times. A doctor shouldn't abandon their patient no matter what. I like my clinician and I would have never thought they would do that. Now I have to start all over again to find a doctor that will prescribe klonopin and I'm having a difficult time in finding one. I would tell people how great your facility was. Not anymore. I'm really hurt that the clinician would make such a decision to their own patient.
Dr. Jenkins @ DGR has been my Dr for years. He has always been kind, caring and responsive.
The staff is unpleasant. They will not get me an appointment
I've been a patient there since about 2007. I've seen several different providers. My last provider being a nurse practitioner during COVID when we went face-to-face over the internet. She decided to go back to the hospital experience and left the practice. I was left with no provider and told me they're not taking new patients. I have called several times with no avail. My last experience I specifically asked if there was a psychiatrist or someone that would be able to handle my medications. I was told they are taking new p... read more
Horrible, mother was referred in April. Five calls from nurse home staff. Eight calls, made by me never responded. Two visits by me. Promised a call from staff to set appointment. They called today 3 weeks later to tell me we aren’t excepting new patients. Place is a joke
