Horrible company, horrible . Really bad experience . They tried to trick my tenant to oversell a sensor which were clearly in the flat already. Dan left a £12 sensor and invoiced £60 for it . Luckily my agent told him there was a sensor installed already in the premises . It seems like they looking for extra pennies where a simple certificate invoice is not enough money for them ... liars loosing a good landlord and trust for 60 quid ... cheap
