I was misled multiple times about the status of my application and there was a noticeable lack of transparency. I tried to escalate the issue to his office but I was ignored or given vague excuses. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in passing the blame rather than taking responsibility. He wasted my time, money and energy. They are running under fraud charges for PNP and payrol scam(2024). I reviewed earlier experience of 2020 when DGN was bit new and they take calls, or text if unable to take call. I had a very disappointing experience with him. Harpreet was always unhelpful, and I never received any clear guidance for my case. I expected more professionalism and expertise. Would never recommend. Money minded...
