most unprofessional and frustrating home repair person I have ever worked with. Going through sears now and their consultant thought that the windows he put in 3 years ago were 20 years old because of the mold, leaks, and just poor craftsmanship. Came out once and said that window was under warrant and he would take care of it. 5 months later and he hasn’t returned a call. So frustrating and sad.
Don Moss is a horrible contractor. Very Unorganized, has no clue as how to run a project or maintain a schedule and skips out before completing his projects. Also disappears without paying his employees and subcontractors. Don't hire this guy... you'll regret it.
I ordered ten windows from Don almost a year ago. I gave him a deposit, almost two thousand dollars. He has disappeared. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. This man Don Moskovitz or Don Moss is his alias is a thief.
