We have worked with DGM controls for probably over 15 years. I have worked with other vendors and these guys are great. It is just like any industry that services equipment, parts take time to order, equipment varies, etc. I think DGM balances that well and has a very responsive office, they have always been great to work with and their techs are all great people. I highly recommend them!
Our security cameras have been offline for several days now at our building. Our property manager wanted to create a dedicated login for all of the leasing staff and front office staff. For some ridiculous reason they deleted all of our access logins so now our building is at the mercy of drug addicts trying to get into the garage of our building, So frustrating!
