Do not waste your time or money on the Hover-1 Astro, as every unit I received suffered from a defective battery that completely refused to hold a charge right out of the box. After dealing with the manufacturer through three separate replacements—each taking nearly four agonizing weeks to ship—I ended up with the exact same dead product every single time. Save yourself the intense frustration and endless waiting by avoiding this unreliable hoverboard altogether.
I've been trying to reach someone for the past month on their posted number on the website and no one has called me back nor is there an operator.
this is literally the biggest SCAM COMPANY they tell you to call the operator i have been calling the operator for a week GUESS WHAT THERE IS NO OPERATOR OR CUSTOMER SERVICE just read every review they are all BAD
been on hold... does anyone work there? BREAKOUT cameras... testing the second one and no luck. Are these made to do anything except blink some LEDs? So far that's all I got. Menards management is going to hear from me for selling this junk.
HORRIBLE UNETHICAL company! I had a Hover 1 electric scooter that was recalled due to failing brakes. I FOLLOWED EVERY SINGLE DIRECTION THEY EMAILED ME in effort to get the "promised" $200 refund. I followed their dissemination directions, took pictures as proof and sent them to the company and it took OVER 4 months to FINALLY get a prepaid shipping label to return the defective scooter to them as the company instructed.
