If I could give 0 stars that wouldn’t be enough to express the disappointment, disbelief and displeasure I had due to the service I received here. I won’t be that guy that will find the worst in everything, the venue is beautiful and even breathtaking, but it kinda ruins it with the terrible service and atmosphere of the employees, no motivation to do anything and refused to check up on us, serve us food, and even refuse drinks during certain periods. We were here Friday celebrating a beautiful XV, the venue was stunning. However, the service was horrible. The servers seemed annoyed, and as someone who has worked in the service business for a while, I can understand. Regardless, it took away from the experience and was not something I hoped to have a memory of. Not only was the energy itself bad, they were not speaking kindly and never offered new cups to anyone who arrived at a later time that the start. They never refilled the pitchers.
