Held an event at the D'Gala Ranch a couple months ago. Customer service was horrible, they over charge for everything, staff is not friendly, DJ was horrible, and food wasn't good at all. We got the highest package available, which the rep that sold it to us said it has everything. Once it was paid off then they tried selling all these other stuff, which everything was an additional charge. The center is pretty don't get me wrong. The waiters that served us were rude.
