I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Gaby during my recent Brazilian sugaring appointment. From the moment I arrived, the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. Unlike my previous visits, Gaby did not step out of the room to give me privacy while I undressed — she simply told me to take off my pants and stayed in the room, which made me very uncomfortable. Contacted them for a sugaring Brazilian and underarms appointment and received great communication via text. They were able to get me in same day and service was phenomenal! Very cute location . Aftercare is nice.
Gabby was amazing and charismatic. She made me feel comfortable and gave me great recommendations. Will be seeing her from here on out.
