I was there about 10 minutes till closing on a really hot day, I was greeted by several people and asked if I needed help. For a girl with a lot of tattoos I get bad custmoer service at a lot of places. This was NOT one of those places. No one made me feel pressured to leave or hurry. A nice guy showed me some plants and gave me suggestions on what I was looking for. When I was rung up he looked over my selection and gave me more info. Plants are healthy, and happy there.
