We received a home warranty with our home purchase and recently requested service through it for our furnace that started making weird noises. We were connected with DG for repair. Everyone was very polite and easy to work with. I appreciated the good communication and updates. We did end up going with a new unit due to ours being very old. The install went well and was done in a timely manner. Would recommend this business.

Dave's people came to my home to fix a leaking furnace. The young men that came were very polite. He gavce me the salesman pitch of "Hey I did the work, some of it won't be covered by your insurance, but as a solid I did it for free. You won't have to worry about the leak, but we suggest a new furnace and will credit the costs towards that. The leak wasn't fixed so I called and he won't come back out to fix it. He wants the $$ for the free work he claimed to do that didn't fix it in the first place. Shady salesman that will ... read more

Always great!!! These guys are polite and respectful every time they come to my home. On this visit, Aaron went above and beyond to help me out with an issue with my thermostat while here for a hearing tune-up. Outside of that Dave is responsive and honest. Thank you DG.

The entire team was so professional and polite. I genuinely enjoyed speaking with each of them. They arrived promptly, were very clean, and kept me updated the entire time. The communication was absolutely amazing and I had the warranty information before they even installed the new furnace. I will never go to anyone else now that I have had the pleasure of meeting them. I plan on recommending them to everyone I know!
