Asked him December 12th if he could get me a piece of glass for a Christmas gift, he said he probably could. Texted him December 20th to see if it had come in and he said he hadn’t even ordered it. Said he could get it in January 10th if I still wanted it so I told him that I did. Messaged him a day ago which was January 23rd and still haven't heard from him.

Called on a Friday from out of state. Was told he could replace a broken window glass on Sunday as he was real busy. Drove in from out of state, no show, no call. Got in touch on Monday morning, said he would be out at 6 pm. Again, no show, no call…would not answer phone or texts. I’m very upset to say the least. Worst service ever!!!! 😡

I guess if you want to talk to him you have to go to the store called him about fireplace glass and told me to send pics of measurements now he won’t answer phone calls or text really shouldn’t have a business

He came out the first time and did a good job but was not honest about returning to take a look at a crack in the mirror. He stopped answering calls and disregarded all texts. Bottom line: if you hire him, make sure he does everything you need before you pay him; you may even want to wait a couple days before doing so just to make sure everything shakes out bc he probably won’t come back after getting paid even if he says he will.
