I was hesitant to write this but will share my experience in hopes it will avoid the same thing happening. If you have any disability- even if it's PTSD and injuries you think aren't pertinent to dental care- please inform the Dr. I was attacked in 2009 and had to learn to walk again. After being treated with no compassion to their patients at sutter dental care the same day. I called up DG dental care and was taken care of with wonderful and Awesome bedside manor. DG suggested at first when I called to contact my doctor because there were no appts but the front desk actually fit me and was amazing visit for my tooth emergency, overall the doctor was thorough and the staff is amazing and professional, turns out x-rays were done , shown, broken down and I have to get a root canal. I found this Dentist office in wtby and they were able to get me in right away and focus on my situation in a professional manner…. From the start talking to the receptionist Diane she was pleasantly nice, understanding, excellent listening skills and very knowledgeable… She made me feel like that was my dentist office for years… I felt very comfortable and positive when I hung up the with her… Once I had my visit everyone there across the office was very professional, patient, caring and very knowledgeable, and I didn’t fee... read more
Ella was amazing! She really enjoys her craft and is skilled and knows. She was very soft but thorough. The receptionist were friendly and welcoming and the doctor was approachable. I would very highly ecommend this dentist office and I am a nurse so I understand and know how the health system works. Thanks D.G. dental for making my first visit pleasant. Also I am a new patient and they saw me the same day!
