Rented an e-bike recently. Excellent bikes and very helpful staff. Being visitors to Orange, they suggested rides for us and even provided maps- highly recommended!
place was ok lots of beautiful cycle but very poor service we were waiting but the guy didn’t wanna talk to us and keeps on chatting with other guy and when we approach like literally we were told to our face that guy don’t wanna serve us because he have 11 minutes left on the store, like what’s going on in this place is that how you treat your customers?? totally breaks our heart
Came here to collect a Giant click and collect order as there isn't many Giant dealers in the Central West. Whilst in the store, the sales person was very helpful and willing to chat about general bike items, topics etc. I ended up buying some other items whilst in there and very happy with the prices. I live in Bathurst and the only bicycle dealer in Bathurst is very pricey. So I'm more than happy to now make the short trip over to get some gear from here from now on. Cheers guys!
