What I wad told would take 3 weeks took 4 months for my simple inwarranty repair for my truck bed camper. The staff seems nice but does not have their act together. I project managed everything from ensuring my claim got processed to ensuring that the parts actually got ordered. All very simple things to do, for them to complete took over 2 months and some lies to me in the process. Dropped my horse trailer off in January and 3 months later picked it up with absolutely nothing done to it. Had been told numerous times it would be done in a week to week and a half. Took a month to even get an estimate. The owner did not care I needed it done. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
The whole crew, from owners to techs, were friendly, professional, and timely. They got us back on the road on New Year's Eve when most businesses were closed. Fair and honest !
These people are the best at ANYTHING trailer related, and work hard to meet your needs.
Took my NEO trailer there to get some minor repairs done and an electric jack installed. They were quick, professional, reasonably priced! Will definitely use them again! Parking and maneuvering can be a little tight, so plan ahead!
