My roof of 4 years developed a leak. I contacted the company that did the installation and they came to look at it. They advised I contact an electrical company and have heat tape put up. That seemed more like a band aid than a fix, so I contacted Sam at DG contracting for a second opinion. Sam said there was an error with the installation at the edge of that area that was leaking. I had a problem with a newly installed roof by another roofing company. When they came to evaluate the problem, they said I should have another company come and put up some heat tape and that would hopefully help. I did not want to just put a band aid on the problem- I wanted it fixed. Sam from DG came and found a problem with the installation in the area that was leaking. When our neighbor's roof started leaking she called and suggested that we have Allen (Van Hage) from DG Contracting take a look at our roof as well (we had the same builder, same roof life). I'm so glad we did! Allen found similar shoddy workmanship on our roof and within 72 hours had corrected the problems.
