Bought a golf from this company last week; what a refreshing experience. I have been looking for a while, and was getting fed up with dealers who had no idea about the vehicles they were selling - it was great to speak to Duncan who knew a lot about the car, and got back to me within minutes to answer the questions he had to check. Really a very good dealer.
I desperately needed a car as my old one needed repairs and the cost to repair was more than car was worth - I looked at 3 cars there was no pressure and no hard sell - as a woman on my own I was at ease and knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend - I purchased a car and took it home the same day - the customer service is amazing and the guys cannot do enough to help the sale go smoothly.
