I broke down on the interstate near Desoto and had my car towed in D and G. I was stranded and they quickly accessed the problem and started looking for parts. The parts were not readily available, so I had to spend the night at a hotel. They even went out of their way to take me to the hotel until the car was finished. They did an excellent job and were reasonably priced. They are very nice and fair people who know what they are doing! Thank you!!!

I helped my sister buy a car here last week. Great experience. Great car, great price. Nate was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us zero pressure. We looked at multiple cars, asked a lot of questions - nothing was an inconvenience to him, he was willing to truly help us at every turn. If I ran a car dealership/service center, I'd try to run it like Nate does. We will be back.
I am at D & G Auto Group in De Soto getting a few things taken care of. I was ten minutes late for my appointment due to all I do in a day. They got me right in diagnosed the problems and completed the work in no time. I only wish I could get things through my shop as fast. If you need affordable accurate repairs to your vehicle, I highly recommend them. You will need an appointment but if you don’t bring them a total pos, and have the money, I guarantee you’ll be happy!
Nate and Greg did a fantastic job getting my car maintained. Nate took the time to explain the problems with it and discussed options with me for getting those issues fixed. He didn't try to get extra money out of me like some mechanics, and the cost of repair was very low. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work, the communication, and the pricing. I highly recommend these guys.
