They are very hard to get hold of, do not pick up the phone or reply to answer phone messages, have delayed responses to emails and do not come to fix problems when they say they will. They make multiple failed appointments they do not attend. Nebulous excuses and last minute cancellations or just no communication they aren’t coming. Danny and the team are excellent! Maisie was responsive and easy to schedule things with, and I was really impressed with the work to add two AC units to two loft bedrooms we have. They were very tidy in piping everything in and the units are incredible - quiet and easy to use. I highly recommend DG air conditioning!
New AC installed for garden building. Maisy carefully walked me through the options for cooling and heating, offered a competitive quote, and booked the job in. On the day, Danny listened to my preferences for siting of indoor/outdoor units and did a very neat job inside and out. He walked me through the controls before heading off - all working well and heats/cools the space quickly. Very happy - many thanks.
