We really like this Ace Hardware in the Collections Plaza shopping center at the corner of Lockwood Ridge Road and University Parkway. It is somewhat tucked away and not especially easy to see from either road, but the location works very well for us. It is close to Detwiler’s Farm Market, where we do a lot of our grocery shopping, so combining the two stops is convenient. There is also always plenty of parking available, even on busy weekends. They have every metric and standard nut and bolt you could ever imagine. Way more than Home Depot or Lowe's. Everyone in this store is always friendly as well.
Adrian is by far the nicest manager I’ve ever met. He took the time to help me with a YETI cooler and never made me feel rushed. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. On top of that, the store was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in something that really stood out compared to some other Ace Hardware locations I’ve visited. Adrian and his team are doing an outstanding job. I’ll definitely be back!
