Just did a drop in with a little bit of CrossFit experience. John was the coach and did an excellent job of making sure I knew what was happening and giving me modifications for things I was unable to do. Abbey was another coach who joined the workout and was also very welcoming and made the check-in process easy. The whole environment was very friendly and by far the best gym I’ve been to this year.
Very accommodating and welcoming to me as a drop in while I’m in town. Thanks for a great class Heather!
Joined DFX 3 months ago after two previous CrossFit experiences. Coaches are great and the programming is thoughtful and efficient. Highly recommend.
