I called last Tuesday and spoke with dispatcher and Ron scheduled that same day. I have used Dfwcarpetclean Services several times over the past couple of years. I have recommended them to my friends and my boss uses them @First Choice Emergency Room in Flower Mound Texas. The staff is very honest and professional. These guys were extremely professional and continually strived for perfection. I was contacted 2 days after my cleaning to ask how my cleaning was and if there was anything they could do for me, but there was nothing that needed to be done because everything came out perfect!!!! These guys are consummate professionals and I would highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning services! I received a flyer on my door step for DFW Carpet Clean and contacted them because the price looked good, they quickly scheduled and came out. I was disappointed initially because I saw the tiny truck pull up and the technician pulled out a portable machine, I had my doubts but let him do the work. I had 7 rooms done - It took him 1 1/2 to do 2 rooms, which was fine but I had to leave for a bit so I ran an errand and was gone for an hour, when I got back they were done and had just cleaned their machine - but proudly save ... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO HAVE YOUR CARPET'S CLEANED!! I recently employed this company to clean my carpets in one of my investment properties after my tenants moved out and they burnt my carpets. After losing rent because no one would rent my house with greenish, yellow carpet, I SPENT $2,720.12 replacing the carpets. When my Property Manager contacted them, they said it wasn't their fault because they referred their work out to other carpet cleaners.
