I had a great experience with Dr Hey and his staff.
I previously gave this establishment a five-star review. The first two appointments were extremely pleasant and I was wondering why they were getting negative reviews. Well as you continue to go there and deal with the very unpleasant front desk staff and the fact that you can't call the office and speak to anyone is extremely frustrating. The doctor did several tests on me which I paid a specialist copay each time. Then he stated that I needed a prescription. Dr. Hey and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I get nervous going to the doctor but him and the nurse practitioner, Suzette, made me feel a lot better. They both took the time to address my concerns and showed compassion and understanding. They saved me from being in pain over the holidays. I would definitely recommend this office.
