I didn't hate this even a little, and I can't say the same for all exercise. This was fun and doable with lots of different body types and ability levels, and my intimidated feelings melted away within a few minutes. I will for sure be back!

my whole life ive been working to get bk home to Maui surf culture and i found a good slice of it at dfw surf, ive made some incredible friends here and most of all paddling has helped heal my back.
