They kept my car over a month. When they returned it they said they were waiting on a part and would come to my job and put in the next Monday. That was over 2 months ago. TODAY after commenting on review my vehicle is repaired. They apologized and corrected the issues. Thank you!
I had to send them an email. This is what it said. You be the judge of whether or not you want to use their "service". I bought a groupon for paintless dent repair. I tried redeeming it before the expiration date. I contacted the number provided by groupon in Early April, it is now Late May and after multiple calls and text messages, they tell me that it cannot be redeemed. Very unprofessional. I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of DFW Storm (un)Solutions.

They were beyond great! In November I got in a small accident and decided to go with DFW for my repairs. They picked my car up from my house so I wouldn't have to drive to the shop. Once they had it all fixed up for me, they delivered it to my work. That night I noticed something was wrong and let them know.
